What is Healing?

Healing is a life-long process of waking-up to the reality of who you are and that you are part of something greater than yourself.  It is opening your heart to experience the depth of this truth.   It is a letting go of all the barriers within yourself that inhibit your fullest expression of love and wholeness that is at your core.

The Three Pillars Of Healing

Ownership

Approach your healing with an open heart and mind. Start the healing process by taking ownership of your healing process. It is an act of honouring and loving yourself. Whether positive or negative, we are the creator of our experiences and  have the power to change anything at time any time.

Trust in your own innate
healing process

Your body heals automatically when impediments to wholeness are removed. Trust that you will receive everything you need to activate your healing process. Begin by establishing the focus of your healing. Give yourself time to explore, allow and integrate the wisdom and healing received.

Forgive Yourself
and Others

The core act of forgiving transmutes what was once unhealthy activating your own power to heal. It enables you to move forward to a happier and healthier experience of life. Recognize that all your experiences gave you the wisdom to take positive action. Express gratitude for having received these lessons and all that you have gained. These are the experiences that make you who you are today. Come to a place of wellness and transformation.

Process and Preparation

If you are a new comer, you are welcome to book a free 20 minute zoom consultation in which you can get to know me, ask any questions you may have and provide a background for a healing session.

When you wish to experience a healing session, book a time that is convenient for you.

Prepare yourself 20 minutes. prior to the appointment time by:

 

  • Lying down or sitting, whichever is most comfortable for you.
  • Remove all things that might interfere with your treatment and meditate or simply quietly focusing on the intent of the healing you want to take place.
  • Have a glass of water on hand for the end of the session.

I will call you by phone at the time booked for your healing session to connect with you and the line will stay open for the duration of the session as we work together.

We begin with discussing what is happening in your life and the intention of your healing session. Ask any questions you wish and when done, we will open the healing session. I will open with an activation that only permits unconditional love and healing for your highest good. Your intention will determine how I proceed from there, it can vary from session to session depending on your need. Simply relax and focus on your body. We heal when we open to the possibilities, create intention and allow the process, your healing will begin quite naturally.

I will then end the session and when you are ready, we discuss what has taken place. You may or may not receive any homework that will aid to your healing process.
